To all those I love and care about!
Dear family,
This is a sincere letter from your crazy mother, Nana, mother-in-law and wife. Life is made up of daily choices, so you can read this or not. Just know that I am responsible to share Christ with those the Lord places in my midst, so once again, I am fulfilling that which is required of me and that which I desire to do.
In Galatians 1:3, Paul begins this letter, as he does in most,
“Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, who gave himself for our sins to deliver us from the present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen.”
First of all, you will need to answer a few questions of yourself. One, do you believe in God, Father of Jesus Christ? Second, do you believe that Christ died for your sins and rose again, is alive and well? Third, do you believe that Christ will return, that end times are at hand and that you will either spend eternity in heaven with God or in hell. If you want to know what heaven and hell will be like, just Google it.
The third question is what is prompting this letter mostly. We are, as others before us have been and yes, I am well aware of that, in end times and the fulfillment of prophecy. But, today there is a difference, increase of knowledge, Dan. 12:4, ability to enforce the mark, there is a company that is now chipping their employees Rev. 13:17, violence and sexual immorality Matt. 24:27, rise in spiritualism 1 Tim 4:1. Natural disaster Luke 21:25-26, Earthquakes, as of April 2017, there were around 3,498 earthquakes happening a month Matt. 24:7, World pushing for World Peace look at Trumps recent trip around the countries asking for peace One World but who will be their God 1 Thes. 5:3, War N. Korea’s actions will call for a response Matt. 24:6-7, Christian persecution ISIS Matt. 24:9-10, Increase in Sin well that’s obvious Matt. 24:12 and sadly I will end with this one, but know that there are many more, Christians will turn from the Truth and who is the Truth, but Christ Himself 2 Tim 4:3-4. All of this is God’s word NOT MINE.
Those of us who profess to be Christians, are we doing our job? Are we fulfilling Deut. 11:18-19, Remember God's Words
18 "You shall therefore impress these words of Mine on your heart and on your soul; and you shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontals on your forehead. 19 "You shall teach them to your sons (and daughters), talking of them when you sit in your house and when you walk along the road and when you lie down and when you rise up.”

Signs of the times!!! I have been reading a lot recently, putting it to Scripture and praying about it. Check some of these things out for yourselves and draw your own conclusions. Are you aware of Planet X/Nibiru, floods, earthquakes weather phenomenon's, the craziness in Israel on the Temple Mount and the political activity around the world, for just a few? Do I think end times are near, Scripture told us they were even in the time of Christ, so yes. Am I over reacting and fearful, far from that, but I am staying informed and ready for the return of the Lord. My lamps are filled, are yours?
So in conclusion, I am sharing our Lord, my Lord, His love and His Word with all of you. You are all important to me, I love you all with all of my heart and I want to be in Heaven with ALL of you for eternity. God forgave and will forgive all of our sins and will greet us in heaven some day if we forgive, acknowledge Him and trust in Him. Your choice. So, I will wear the title of crazy proudly, because yes ,I am crazy for God and all His promises He has for me.
Mom, Nana and Karen

I heard a powerful song yesterday that has caused me to listen intently.
The song is "Hills and Valleys" by Tauren Wells
I ended up downloading his entire album due to his messages through his music.
Here are the words and the link to the song
I've walked among the shadows
You wiped my tears away
And I've felt the pain of heartbreak
And I've seen the brighter days
And I've prayed prayers to heaven from my lowest place
And I have held the blessings
God, you give and take away
No matter what I have, Your grace is enough
No matter where I am, I'm standing in Your love
On the mountains, I will bow my life
To the one who set me there
In the valley, I will lift my eyes to the one who sees me there
When I'm standing on the mountain aft, didn't get there on my own
When I'm walking through the valley end, no I am not alone!
You're God of the hills and valleys!
Hills and Valleys!
God of the hills and valleys
And I am not alone!
I've watched my dreams get broken
In you I hope again!
No matter what I know
Life's road is made up of daily hills and valleys
and I need to make up my mind how I will travel them.
Father I will travel them with You no matter what!

I love one of the commercials on TV these days,
actually, I don't even know who the endorsement is,
but it has spoken to me since the first day I viewed it.
Something like, if we would say what we really mean.
I'm in a new season in my life, not sure how, when or why, but here I am and it's a good thing.
Along with change, comes questions and unfortunately some imply negativity.
I'm realizing that there is also doubt and insecurity that accompanies change.
So, when I say, this is why, no you haven't, yes I am, why would I ; all these are single spaced.
When you inquire, please don't double space leaving room in-between and leaving out what you are really thinking and what you are really wanting to say.
Life is too short to be anything but real.
So yes, it would be great to say what you really are thinking and what you really want to say.

To those I love, including myself,
"When you obey the voice of the Lord your God...
when you turn to the Lord you God with all your heart and with all your soul
The Lord your God will make you abundantly prosperous in all the work of your hand,
in the fruit of your womb and the fruit of your cattle and in the fruit of your ground."

"For this commandment that I command you today
is not too hard for you, neither is it far off."

Deut. 30:9-11
Deut. 32:48-52

A Special Day

Does a holiday fill you  with temporary joy, everlasting memories or
 brokenness from a lonely heart?
Or maybe all the above.

How blessed we are when we can gather with friends and family sharing special days.  Gathering in laughter, a meal and treasured fellowship.  Being together with varied thoughts and views, but with a common bond , one with another, a deep bond of genuine love.  Entering the day with greetings of hugs and handshakes, with smiles and looks of surprise and with words of endearment. For that short but special day, humor abounds, life's happenings are up-dated and family is re-united. A day when hearts are filled with joy and life long memories are made. And then the day ends and we go our separate ways until we meet again.
But, was there a heart amongst the crowd longing for more? A heart desiring that special feeling to happen at their gatherings. A desire to have all present with no resentment. A desire to be there just because of one another with no strings attached. Or maybe, just being able to remain in the same room because you have the same thoughts and likes would be nice. Gathering just for the fact that the day meant something and staying home was not an option.
What is the difference? There are a couple reasons.
Number one, a family that has God in the center shares His love.
Second, a house that is divided against itself, will fall. Luke 11:16
