  1. Comment from Laurie Vance: I look at this picture and cannot help but think of the obvious: TIME. Listening to a message Pastor Skip Heitzig the other morning, he encouraged us to live for the day. After all, we cannot literally live in the future and we cannot literally live in the past. This idea is not original, I know, but it really made me think. Each day is where God has us at that time and right now is the only moment we have that is in "Real Time." I'd like to be REAL......groping about the past or wishing I was still in part of the past is futile. And being fixated on the future has the same outcome. I can only live right now and the way I live right now will make what becomes my past and influences what will be the past of those who cross my path. And the way I live right now will either help me to have brighter days in the future or it will hinder it as well as those whose paths cross mine this day. Oh Lord, You are in to REAL Time, help me to live in it to the fullest by keeping my mind on this day and to be godly in my thoughts, words and actions.
(This is the day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it!.... Ps. 118:24)

(Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. “Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble. Matt 6: 31-34)
